Delicious and locally-made ice cream lovingly named after the owner’s adorable Frenchie. Two locations, branding, signage, menu boards, and much more went into this passion project over a five year period.

First location, a new brand is established.

Rosie’s is established, sharing a retail space with a stylish coffee house, so the brand we created had to stand apart yet be complementary. Laser cut menu items, hand printed flavor boards, a vinyl wrap to refurbish a seasoned freezer, and the logo were all part of the process.

Round two, bigger, better, and build to purpose.

Rosie’s second location allowed for custom behind-the-counter menu boards that doubled as storage cabinets, a refreshed brand language with new signage, the addition of fun ice cream drink placards, lighting, ceiling treatment, and the list goes on! This was a complete clean-sheet interior design project, and even the customer experience was mocked-up full scale to get the flow and vibe just right. Scroll below for more pictures.
